Susan Powter is a pretty darn awesome role model (love the buzz cut) My favorite fitness guru is Janie. An awesome 60 something looks 40 something widowed grandmother who teaching water aerobics. She made me want to be a water aerobics instructor. Here catch phrase is "Suck and Tuck Ladies!"

Personally, I love Jack Lalaine (okay, there may be misspellings, I can deal with it). I think he's top of the pops in that game. But for sheer enjoyment value? Richards Simmons all the way! Who doesn't love to laugh at that super bedazzled little gay man!
